We DO NOT mount over fireplaces or on tiled walls.
We require a $100 minimum for appointments with ONLY add-on services. Bookings not meeting this requirement will be canceled.
Our technician will wait up to 10 minutes for you to allow us entry into your home. You will have to reschedule if you miss an appointment, and this will count as a no-show (one strike).
We have a strict “one strike” policy for appointment no-shows. If you have two no-shows or “two strikes,” your address will be placed on a ban list.
A 50% nonrefundable scheduling fee is required for ALL mounting bookings. Upon completion of service, your remaining balance will be charged to the card you used to pay your scheduling fee. Hourly bookings will be charged differently; see below.
Some services may be subcontracted to qualified third-party companies. We vet our subcontractors to ensure they’re insured and are known to provide quality service before they step foot in your home or establishment.
Trash removal: We do not take trash from the job unless it comes from the materials we use. For example, since we provide you with the mounting bracket, then we will remove all of the packaging from the bracket. Removal of TV boxes and other packaging from the appointment can be purchased as an add-on before checking out.
*Scheduling fees for general mounting are the initial 1-hour charge.
*Scheduling fees for furniture assembly are the initial 2-hour charge.
